What is included in the cruise?Experience over $1,000 of value which includes access to all the premium dining at 20+ eateries with menus curated by Michelin star chefs, group fitness classes, WiFi, gratuities, award-winning entertainment, and a soda and drinks package.
-
What are the onboard dining options?Although all meals at the 20+ eateries are included, Sailors will have access to Treat Yourself items on select menus and dinner shows like Another Rose and It's a Ship Show for an additional cost. All of the eateries feature at least one vegetarian option on their menu. In fact, one of the most iconic spots on board, Razzle Dazzle, offers a modern twist to comfort go-to’s with plant-based vegetarian and vegan alternatives to classic dishes.
-
What is Bar Tab?Boost your drink experience with a $100, $200, or $300 pre-purchased Bar Tab, and Virgin Voyages will top you off with bonus onboard credit so you can have a few extra rounds on them. Choose the option that best suits your sipping style: • $100 Bar Tab: Get an extra $10, totaling $110 for drinks. • $200 Bar Tab: Enjoy an additional $25, giving you $225 for libations. • $300 Bar Tab: The best value! Receive an extra $50 for a grand total of $350 in drinks. Use your bar tab to buy drinks for yourself or anyone—not every Sailor in your cabin needs their own bar tab — providing ultimate flexibility without the waste of traditional drink packages.
-
What can I do onboard? With a festival-like lineup featuring original, first-to-sea productions, extraordinary pop-up acts, and immersive experiences, the entertainment you’ll experience on board is something you’ve never seen before. It’s wild. It’s thought-provoking. It’s a full-on extravaganza. And it couldn’t be anything else. In addition to shows don't miss out on the casino, the spa, shops, or perhaps its time for a new tattoo or piercing. Yes, you can do that onboard! Each day Virgin also offers plenty of other activities to keep you busy from the game room to karoake to mixology and food classes! Trust me you won't be bored on this ship unless you choose to chill.
-
What is not included? The current itinerary does not include the following: Travel protection (highly recommended) Airport transfers or shuttles Optional tours and activities Airfare
-
What is the cost of the trip?A 20% deposit is required to secure your reservation. All cabin types and RockStar Suites are priced per cabin. For example, if a cabin costs $3000, the total per person is $1500. Need time to decide? A cabin can be reserved for 24 hours without payment but you're going right so just lock in with your deposit. Please keep in mind cabin pricing may vary until deposit is paid.
-
Do I need a passport?Short answer, yes. Long answer, yes to make life simpler for all. Virgin Voyages requires Sailors to have a valid passport with an expiration date at least 6 months after the voyage end date. Additionally, depending on your country of citizenship, certain ports may also require a visa for entry. In some instances an exception is possible if you are sailing out of Miami, on an eligible closed-loop voyage, and are a United States citizen. In such cases, you will need to present one of the following documents: Original or copy of your state-issued birth certificate AND a physical Government-issued photo ID. Puerto Rico birth certificates issued prior to July 1, 2010 are not acceptable Hospital-issued birth certificates are not acceptable In the unlikely event of a medical emergency or unexpected departure from the vessel, a passport will be necessary. Please keep in mind, the above guidelines are based on government regulations, which are subject to change at any time.
-
Are there pre or post cruise land options?Optional pre and post cruise land options are available.
-
Are there benefits to booking early?Booking early is the best way to secure the cabin you want in addition allows you to pay over time if desired. Starting price — based on 2 sailors sharing a cabin (Excl. taxes & fees)

Please acknowledge the need for an accessible cabin by specifying all of your required accommodations to your First Mate (travel professional).
-

Visit bit.ly/setsailvirginvoyages to browse cabin options. You can book yourself directly on this site (but please make sure you see my name or company name at the top of the screen so that I know you are joining our group). And make sure you have the correct sailing showing. Visit the group booking page by clicking here.
-
Can I explore on my own?Absolutely! Aside from a few group meetups or dining (all optional) feel free to do as much or as little as you like.
-
Are the shore excursions an additional cost? Not your average “stock tour” experiences, Shore Things aim to connect Sailors to paths less traveled within each destination, providing access to local culture and discovery. Pricing varies for each tour option. All Sailors will be able to book within 120 days prior to their voyage start, and those booked in RockStar Quarters will get early access within 135 days. Alternatively, Sol Journey Travel has partnered with Venture Ashore and Project Expedition who provide top tours and activities in destinations around the world including private experiences and shore excursions from cruise ports.
-
Who is this trip for?Virgin Voyages offers an inclusive adults only cruise experience. Average guest age is between 35-65 and self described as a "relaxed luxe" yacht inspired getaway. There is truly something for everyone however, if you like a more traditional cruise experience with captain's dinners or are apalled at the sight of a drag queen then this cruise is not for you.
-
Need to know infoItinerary details, including arrival/departure times and days of port calls, are subject to change. Prices are per person, cruise only, based on double occupancy, specified stateroom category, in USD and are subject to availability. Governmental departure taxes and fees are additional. Prices and promotions are for new individual bookings, are subject to availability, may change without notice, are capacity-controlled, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Ask your Travel Advisor for the most up to date pricing and promotions.
-
Cancellation policyIf you’re booking more than 120 days prior to the start of the voyage, you have a 7-day grace period to request a full refund on your deposit and any other payments made. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. After the 7-day grace period (but still before the 120-day window), you can receive a full refund on any payments, excluding your deposit. For your deposit, you will receive Future Voyage Credit at this time. Between 119 and 45 days, any funds paid will be converted to Future Voyage Credit (FVC), good to use on any voyage 1 year from the original voyage start date. Sweet deal, huh? Once you’re within 44 days of your voyage, all funds paid are final. But you do have the option to send someone else in your place up to 48 hours before your voyage if you really can't sail. Please note that taxes and fees will be refunded regardless of when the booking is canceled. Voyage cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to your travel advisor.
